I’m not sure if you are correct about this being the first one. There was a red RWB car belonging to a Georgia resident at the Historic Races in 2014. Also another RWB car sports a Georgia plate at some Idlers meets in Japan. It may be the first that he’s flown over and built, not sure on that one. From what I’ve seen, it doesn’t look like the first on the east coast. Would be interesting to know for sure.
