Throwback Thursday: RX-792P / 787
Well this Throwback Thursday was motivated by the post on STANCEWORKS: AN AFTERNOON WITH AN ICON: MY DATE WITH THE 767B AT ROAD ATLANTA. Usually we get a chance to come check these events out personally thanks to MAZMART, but we missed this one. Luckily enough they got a chance to go out that evening and get some photos of the event. I personally am a die hard Mazda fan, and I have been pretty busy with some personal things the last few weeks and some other things we have going on with the site, but it is all for the good of the site.
One of those past features was the RX-792P while it was at Downing Atlanta getting refreshed. It was a last minute thing, and we only had a few hours before the truck was on its way to pick it up.
Another day we got a chance to check out Downing Atlanta, which is were these race legends were born, and still come back to get check ups. This time it was more like a field trip for us to see a place like this so small and right in our own backyard here in Atlanta. So much history was in that place.
And check out STANCEWORKS if you have not already for their showcase of the other 767b, hopefully one day we will get to see the superstar 787B.
