Again we bring to you a extra clean Honda build in Atlanta, straight from the Southside. There is not a long story to go with the car or some long drawn out build thread to link. Its just a quality built hatch.
Been hearing talk of Tim’s car for a few months now, and got a chance to see it in person at the Southrnfresh Sunday last weekend. There are plenty of Honda Civics being modified around the world. But I think it takes a person that is not a 100% Honda guy to appreciate a quality build in the making. I often say that Honda owners are their own biggest critics, only because it takes so much for a Honda to be special or to even make anyone even notice it. So when Tim pulled up to SF Sunday and all the other Honda owners crowded around it, I knew there was a something extra cool about the car.
Upon further investigation and seeing the part selection on the car, I figured out its the list of quality parts and careful planning. The car was painted inside and out with the infamous Phoenix Yellow, and this has to be one of the few EG hatchbacks that has been completely disassembled and assembled back, and all the body lines line up perfect, and treated with the BYS front lip and rear spoiler, and fitted with a classic pair of BBS RS.
A year ago I was worried about our Honda crowd, they seemed to have lost that identity in the scene. And it was like the Honda crowd was trying to reinvent themselves with a different style, and straying away from what they do best, keeping it clean..
