Southrnfresh Showcase : Road Atlanta 2026

Its been a busy few months, but we are finally here with photos from our Southrnfresh Showcase event at Road Atlanta.  I want to first give a huge shoutout to James Marcellana of JZilla Track days for connecting us with SRO Motorsports.  And also the SRO Motorsports team for allowing us to come out and host during the main event race day.  One thing that I have been trying to do is bridge the gap between our culture and real motorsports outside of drifting.  We attended their race back in 2024 for the first time at Barber Motorsports Park and really enjoyed the event.  This event was a big deal for SRO Motorsports since they had not been back at Road Atlanta for 15 years.  So it was even more important to be apart of their return to Road Atlanta.

Here are a few photos from the event taken by Khris H.

Despite being a few months of planning we had a pretty good showing and support for the event.  We were limited on space so we had to do approvals for the first time, and we decided to us REVMATCH app so that we can filter the registration process.  It worked out well, and gave us an extra tool to organize roll in and was able to capture good information to keep in contact with everyone.

We had the pleasure of having Westin Workman as a special guest judge for the event.  If you are not familiar Westin is a driver for Rafa Racing Team in the Toyota Supra GT4 EV0 2.  I became a fan of Westin back in his MX-5 Cup days and have watched him consistently podium and progress through the GR Cup and on  to his current position with Rafa Racing in the Supra.  We got a chance to meet him and his family at the Barber SRO race in 2014, and learned the history with Toyota and his family.  His dad being a hardcore Toyota fan since he was little owning a MK4 Supra which he still owns.  It was really cool to meet a young driver that had so much love and automotive passion.  We ended up talking for about a hour about cars and past projects.  He is a busy guy, but we were finally able to connect some dots and get him to participate in the event.

Our awards for the event were a refresh of our previous Southrnfresh 10 awards.  Instead of being all aluminum they were infused with acrylic inserts to allow a little more customization over what we can do with the cnc machine and powder coating.

Once again our Honda Community showed up in heavy numbers for the event!
